Standard Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time: 2 PM Check-out time: 12 PM (noon)
Special Requests: *Requests for early check-in and late check-out are possible. *However, these requests are subject to room availability.
For Room Accommodation
• One valid ID (any government issued IDs) for each guest including your companion must be presented. Failure to present so may be declined for check-in and may only have the confirmed booking be rebooked in the future (refund will not be extended)
• Extra Adult (13 y/o above) is permitted depending on the room category at PHP 1,800.00/head/night
• The hotel’s check –in time is at 2PM and check –out is at 12NN.Request for early check –in and late check –out is subject to room availability
• No food/drinks or any item deliveries (directly to room from outside) are allowed. Guests may only get their deliveries at the hotel’ service area
• Only declared total number of guests during the reservation are allowed inside the room. Unregistered guests/Visitors can only be entertained at the restaurant, and may be penalized if they enter the guest room
• Smoking, using of vape, e-cigarette (and the like) inside the room and balcony are strictly prohibited in compliance with Republic Act of 9211 and Tagaytay City Ordinance No. 2012 –033. Violators will be charged a minimum penalty of PHP 5,000.00. Depending on the gravity of the smell damage in the room, the total room cost may be charged
• Pets and firearms are not allowed
• Minimum public health standards such as but not limited to wearing of face masks, cough etiquette, proper hand washing and social distancing must be observed at all times
RECREATION FACILITIES
• INFINITY POOL – opens from 8AM – 8PM. Guests are required to wear proper swimming attire (pool is not heated)
• FITNESS CENTER – available from 7AM – 9PM. Guests must reserve their preferred schedule at the Front Desk as only 2 persons are allowed per hour
• SPA – opens from 12NN – 9PM daily. Last call for reservation is at 8PM
• BELLISSIMA RESTAURANT – serves plated breakfast between 7AM –10AM for in-house guests. Restaurant opens for all ages from 11AM – 9PM everyday but offers a la carte menu. Last order taken at 8PM.
